At BCCS, exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We save you time and money by providing efficient, code-compliant plan review and inspection services for municipal, public, and private sector projects.

Our team includes two Master Code Professionals, three Building Officials, four Commercial and three Residential Plans Examiners, two General Contractors, and over ten licensed Inspectors, ensuring that we can handle any project, regardless of type or size. All building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections are conducted by highly skilled professionals with extensive training and experience.

Led by Tim Miller, a Master Code Professional and Director of the Peace River Chapter of the Building Officials Association, BCCS is dedicated to ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. Tim also serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Officials of Florida, further emphasizing our commitment to leadership and excellence in the industry.
